As the supplier of Class-A components for locomotives in China, CRM procures and supplies components for producing, refurbishing and maintaining locomotives and automotive materials. We are the sole supplier of imported bearings for production and maintenance of passenger carriages, the sole supplier of H beam for trucks, and the main supplier to manufacturing factories producing planes, passenger carriages, trucks and high-speed trains. CRM, with abundant product resources, client base and resource plants, is also an important partner for railway bureau at all levels. Our products include key components in running gear such as wheel sets, axles, bearings, couplers, buffers and braking devices and materials for manufacturing cars such as H beam, Z-shaped steel, bamboo floor and glasses on high-speed train. The products we supply involve the following areas: high-power electric locomotives, speed-lifting passenger cars at 140-160 kilometers per hour, high-speed trains at a speed of 250 kilometers per hour and above, main-type freight cars of 70 and 80 DWT, urban rail, subway, trains and so on. In addition to our domestic sales, we also export rail vehicles and key components to overseas markets, such as the United States, Brazil, Mongolia and Sierra Leone.
CRM is the largest agency in respect of Goods and Materials Supplied by Railway Construction Project Companies (i.e., Party A) and Controlled by the MOR in China and one of the largest suppliers of railway construction materials, providing comprehensive solutions of materials supply and management for large and medium railway construction projects in China for a long time.
As for industrial business, CRM focuses on research and development of railway-related products and maintains an important position in the market. We have expanded the range of our industrial products to high-end products, such as high-speed spring bar fastener, rail welding, metro segment. In addition, CRM, through encouraging innovation and optimizing the allocation of resources, provides railway construction materials and sleepers in bulk to major projects in China, including Hefei-Fuzhou High-speed railway, Shangqiu-Hangzhou High-speed Railway, Hefei-Anqing High-speed Railway and Inner Mongolia-Jiangxi Railway.

Logistics service is a key component of our supply chain integrated services. We have established a national logistics network centered on transportation hubs. Currently, we own 29 logistics bases located in 22 principal cities in China, comprising warehouses with a total area of 590,000 square meters, stock ground with a total area of 2.09 million square meters and 89 special railway lines (with an overall length of approximately 75 kilometers). We also have over 270 logistics operation sites and over 300 units of lifting equipment with an aggregate handling capacity of 50 million tones. CRM can build departure point inside clients’ plant area and provide basic logistics service such as warehousing, transportation at the request of our clients.
CRM is among the earlier Chinese enterprises to “go out”. Since 1980s, we purchased materials for railway transportation, production and construction, such as railway tracks, diesel, wheels, electromechanical devices, automotive parts, steel, cement and wood, and cooperated with financial organizations such as World Bank and Asian Development Bank to invite bids for railway materials. At the moment, CRM has established 8 overseas subsidiaries in Hong Kong, the United States, Australia, Sierra Leone and Laos, whose business includes integrated service of railway materials, import and export of automotive parts, equipment leasing, bulk commodity trade and logistics, covering about 20 countries and regions.
